The returned product must satisfy a re-sale condition with its original packaging.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at uk.support@ulikeglobal.com and we will gladly send you a new one! If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume the product was not damaged or defective when you received it. If a damaged item is returned without any notification, we will not be able to process the return.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label to your provided email address. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged in its original packaging.
- Important: Returns without Ulike's approval or a Ulike-provided return label will not be accepted. We want to ensure a smooth process for you, so please make sure to follow the correct procedure.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact uk.support@ulikeglobal.com. We'll be happy to send you a replacement. However, it's important to notify us of any defects or damage as soon as possible. If a damaged item is returned without prior notification, we won't be able to process the return.
