Standard Shipping orders are usually fulfilled within 1-2 working days and typically arrive within 2 to 3 working days.
Note: International shipping, which pertains to addresses outside the United Kingdom, usually entails a delivery time frame of 8-20 days.
Express Shipping is a flat rate of 2.00 GBP. All Express Shipping orders confirmed before 8 AM BST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 8 AM BST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 8 AM BST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
In some special cases, Ulike will send an order confirmation email to the customer to ensure the safety of the transaction, and the package will only be sent after Ulike received the customer's verification. The shipping date of orders will kick off upon the receipt of the customer's confirmation email, ensuring that any delay caused by the customer's response time is excluded from the promised delivery period.
